At Iron Pines, we’re a family-run, veteran-owned brand, and we work hard to make sure your order is packed with care and delivered as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your items.

Processing Times



All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During holidays or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.


Please note: We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Times & Rates



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) ordered. Standard estimates:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination



Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holiday traffic.

Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.





 

Incorrect Address



If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at:

We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages



Iron Pines is not responsible for:


  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery



We will, however, do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
